Coordinator Marketing In House , you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Pay: $16.50/hr + commission/bonuses + up to $450/week additional training pay* for the first 10 weeks only Schedule: Full-time/5 days per week, must be open to work on weekends Sign-On Bonus Potential Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus *potential with 1 year of timeshare experience* Up to $1,000 paid after 45 days, $1,000 paid after six months Up to $500 paid after 45 days, $500 paid after six months Benefits Uncapped earning potential (wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, contests) Medical/Dental/Vision/401K opportunities Travel discounts Credit Union Membership Tuition Reimbursement Professional Counseling & Family Support Growth and Development Opportunities Typical day Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations. Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends. Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
