Termite Responsibilities

Meet daily in-person with warm leads to sell termite solutions Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner Answer questions and provide clear, concise information Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally Follow company guidelines for personal grooming and hygiene Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the property Identify locations conducive to termites and preventative measures to protect the home from future infestations Identify signs of termite activity, including mud tubes, damaged wood, and termite droppings Distinguish between active and inactive termite infestations by analyzing signs of recent activity Document and report the status of colonies accurately Articulate expectations for curative treatments Provide a detailed explanation of inspection results and demonstrate how the treatment will address the issues Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed Explain the installation process and benefits to the customer Work schedule includes every other Saturday Work to achieve monthly or quarterly sales KPI’s, metrics and goals. Qualifications

1+ years of successful, prior termite sales experience Active Termite Inspector license in the state of Texas A US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years A clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years) A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams What We Offer
