We have an opening for a Clinical Supervisor, CMA at Center for Total Women's Health Hours: 40 hours/week - Office Hours Location(s): Lansdale (PA), Blue Bell (PA), Pottstown (PA) Clinical Supervisor, CMA

The Clinical Supervisor, CMA provides leadership and oversight for daily clinical operations. This includes supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, coordinating scheduling, maintaining compliance, and supporting patient care. Essential Functions

Greet and acknowledge patients in a professional and courteous manner. Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure they are comfortable. Prepare patients for examinations and complete comprehensive clinical intake. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Perform and document accurate blood pressure, height and weight, and patient temperature. Demonstrate appropriate chaperone technique and documentation. Assist with patient examinations and office-based procedures (colposcopy, IUD insertions, endometrial biopsies). Administer medications and injections as ordered by providers. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens. Perform CLIA waived tests per Axia and Care Center Protocols. Computerized physician order entry (CPOE) – Enter and send medication and test orders per provider instructions. Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked. Provide information regarding procedures, medications, and follow-up care. Respond to patient inquiries both in person and over the phone. Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up visits. Understand how to appropriately perform Nonstress Test (NST). Answer patient calls, address inquiries, relay messages to providers, and provide instructions or follow-up information as directed by providers; ensure timely and accurate communication of patient needs and concerns. Manage medical supply inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders as needed, and ensuring proper storage and organization to support clinical operations. Upon successful completion of competency skills training, assist in office-based surgical procedures (e.g., LEEP, operative hysteroscopy, ablations, and D&Cs with or without suction) by preparing the procedure room, ensuring availability of necessary equipment, providing support to healthcare providers during surgeries, and post-surgical disinfection. Ensure patient safety within the clinical setting. Work collaboratively with physicians, providers, nurses, and other staff to ensure efficient practice operations. Safely assist patients with mobility, including transferring between examination rooms and treatment areas. Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies (including HIPAA & OSHA). Regularly monitor and implement quality control measures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Adhere to practice policies, procedures, and protocols. Lead by example in embodying the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Mentor and guide junior staff in ethical practices and professional behavior; promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence. This role is an on-site position. Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise the MA/CMA and other clinical staff to ensure efficient operation of clinical services Provide leadership guidance, and support to maintain high levels of patient care. Develop and manage clinical staff schedules to ensure proper coverage across all shifts; adjust staffing based on patient volume and care center needs. Lead the orientation and training program for new MA/CMAs, ensuring knowledge of protocols, safety regulations, and patient care best practices. Provide ongoing training to enhance team skills. Review and evaluate clinical colleagues, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth; implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Experience and Education

Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients. Demonstrate time management skills by prioritizing tasks and patients efficiently. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Highly adaptable and willing to adjust to changing priorities and conditions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule and provide coverage at satellite locations when needed. Full Time Benefits Summary

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
