Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments Provide high-quality individual therapy Develop and implement effective treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records Qualifications
Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field For unlicensed therapists: meet Clinical Trainee requirements and actively pursue licensure in Minnesota Benefits
