5:00 PM – 3:00 AM, 3 shifts per week (including every other weekend) What We Offer

Manage after-hours triage, responding to patient and family calls to determine needs and coordinate care Gather and assess physical, emotional, social, and spiritual information to support patients and families Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans Provide end-of-life support and perform clinical pronouncements of death Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Current RN license in the state of Ohio Two or more years of nursing experience Strong clinical skills and sound judgment Compassionate and able to support families during emotional times Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance Make a Difference With Us
