Description Salary up to $90,000/year based on experience. The program is set to open in September 2025, with staff starting in August 2025.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with a small disciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to serve the senior population.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches; develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with your team.
Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within designated time frames.
Focus primarily on group therapy, but also conduct individual sessions, family therapy (as needed), and assist with community education.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work-Life Balance
Monday-Friday, no weekends or on-call duties.

Requirements
State-licensed in Social Work or Counseling (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
Ability to work with kindness and accountability to improve patient quality of life.
Successful completion of a background check and drug testing as required.
