Mansfield Mill 1202 Hwy 509 Mansfield, LA 71052 318-872-1479 The Job You Will do

Join the Mansfield Mill Operations team in one of our five departments as a trainee. You will learn to perform area-specific tasks such as:

Managing safety processes Maintaining environmental compliance Assisting operators on machines Testing material to ensure quality and compliance.

Manage clean-up functions in assigned areas The Skills You Will Bring

Experience working in manufacturing environments Reading and understanding training material Ability to learn and adapt quickly Minimum high school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience Must be:

At least 18 years of age Eligible for employment in the U.S.

Must be willing to meet the following requirements:

Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis Wear required safety equipment Operate or work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
