Provide geriatric house calls to older adults in their communities.
Deliver one‑to‑one physical therapy services to combat ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes.
Facilitate clinically‑excellent autonomous interventions and collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
Create, control and adjust your own treatment schedule for a flexible work‑life balance.
Opportunities
Full‑time/Part‑time – Salaried with benefits.
PRN/Flex – Paid Per Unit (PPU).
