Thriveworks is a nationally recognized clinician‑owned private practice group offering a blend of telehealth and face‑to‑face therapy. This position is located in Nottingham, MD and provides Licensed Clinicians with the flexibility to deliver care in a supportive, client‑centered environment.
Location and Hours Nottingham, MD (telehealth or in‑person sessions)
Open 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Clinicians are expected to maintain at least 25 sessions per week.
Qualifications
Independent license in Maryland: LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW‑C, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Licensed and residing in the state where they will practice.
Strong character, integrity, and commitment to quality client care.
Self‑guided determination to complete progress notes within 24 hours.
Behavioral Health Generalists—open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
Interest in future leadership or supervisory roles.
Enjoys teamwork and professional development with peers.
Compensation Up to $112,200 per year, based on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
