Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

We are seeking licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to provide individual, family, and couples counseling. The clinical therapist will deliver relationship counseling and mental health services in person and via telehealth.

The position requires a full license with BBS and a willingness to work in a diverse setting with a diverse population, including LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC, immigrants, and people of various faith backgrounds. Bilingual candidates in Spanish or Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi are preferred.

This is a hybrid role offering in-person services at our Sacramento, California location, along with flexible scheduling options. All clinicians start as part‑time employees, with opportunities to transition to full‑time.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions and address psychological and relational issues.

Maintain comprehensive records of services provided, in compliance with third‑party payer requirements.

Work with Medicaid (Medi‑Cal) and other commercial insurance clientele.

Coordinate care and case management, including linkage to community resources.

Position Overview The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling and mental health services in marital and family contexts, either in‑person or via telehealth. The client population is primarily insurance‑based (Medi‑Cal and commercial). All clinical positions are W-2, at‑will. Clinicians set their own schedules and determine the number of hours they wish to work. Minimum requirement: 16 billable direct service hours per week.

Compensation (per hour)

Bilingual Instructor: $65.00/hr (for Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, or Punjabi)

Licensed Therapist: $60.00/hr

Potential Annual Compensation (Part‑time and Full‑time)

16 clients/week (part‑time): $64,480 / $69,853

20 clients/week (part‑time): $77,480 / $83,937

24 clients/week (part‑time): $90,480 / $98,020

28 clients/week (full‑time): $109,720 / $118,863

32 clients/week (full‑time): $122,720 / $132,947
