Job Description Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have:
Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Pardot knowledge: Expertise in Pardot features, such as lead scoring, automation rules, and Engagement Studio
Salesforce development: Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning (including LWC)
Integration experience: Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP)
Front-end skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
Technical understanding: Good knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, SOQL, SOSL, and data handling
Good-to-Have:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies, and experience with deployment and version control tools
Good customer communication skills
Responsibilities
Designing, building, and implementing marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
Creating and managing automated campaigns, integrating Pardot with Salesforce for seamless data flow, and developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Develop and automate lead nurturing programs and engagement programs within Pardot to drive conversions
Strong collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align processes, analyze campaign performance, and provide technical expertise
Perform unit testing and ensure code quality and compliance with development standards
