What You Will Do:

Administer and maintain SAP Business Network security, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the system.

Collaborate with IT and functional teams to define and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.

Define and maintain user roles, permissions, groups and access controls for SAP Ariba modules in alignment with organizational policies.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP Ariba security configurations, incident response procedures, and security policies.

Ensure Ariba access aligns with overall SAP landscape controls and integrates with SAP GRC/IAG for provisioning and SOD analysis.

Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management Principles (Least privilege access, RBAC, ABAC, etc).

Demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP Business Network Architecture and data masking requirements within the Ariba cloud environment.

Travel up to 20% to 50%

Qualifications You Must Have:

Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in SAP security architecture and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination in lieu of degree.

Experience with SAP security architecture and best practices.

Experience in performing security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing security solutions.

Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and regulations.

Qualifications Preferred:

Strong technical knowledge and experience of SAP security architecture and role‑based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including S4HANA, BTP, Ariba, GRC, and related ERP applications.

Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity and SSO integration for Ariba.

Familiarity with SAP IAG or Pathlock for access governance.

Deep understanding of Ariba architecture, data flow, integration models and masking requirements based on ITAR regulations.

Ability to travel up to 20-50%

Work Location: Remote – This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

Salary range: 101,000 USD – 203,000 USD.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether it is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Payments under these programs are not guaranteed and are dependent on a variety of factors.
