Job Summary This role is accountable for running packaging lines that produce the highest quality products in the most effective, safest, and productive manner while ensuring compliance with quality systems.

Responsibilities

Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Load packaging lines with the correct lot of sterilized product, syringe film, and plastic film.

Perform visual inspections of product running through the packaging line.

Remove any and all syringes that would be considered rejects according to SOPs.

Maintain Quality Standards, including insert, inner, and master label reconciliation.

Ensure correct syringe size/fill, label, lot number, expiration date, plastic wrap, box sizes, and correct components with correct lot numbers and expiration dates, and box labels are used at all times with consistent quality checks and verifications.

Prepare inner and outer boxes.

Verify syringe counts as required during the completion of inner boxes.

Understand machine alarms and how to proceed.

Aid in meeting daily/weekly/monthly production requirements in accordance with company goals, forecasts, and objectives.

Keep the line running at a minimum of 165 PPM/min.

Perform work functions safely with safety in mind.

Work with quality in mind.

Maintain at least 6 months in position with no NCMRs or unplanned deviations for 6 months.

Required Experience

Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Basic math skills.

Ability to make logical decisions quickly.

Problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work daily overtime (2–3 hours) on a regular basis up to 6 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong attention to detail.

Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Experience with hand tools.

Ability to stand and move throughout the department most of the time.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds approximately 50% of the time.

Ability to visually inspect and clearly identify defects in the product continuously.

Compliance with PPE requirements, including ear protection, hair nets, beard/mustache covers, gloves, goggles, and protective shoes.

The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position $17.75 – $24.00 per hour

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Benefits For employees working 30 or more hours per week on average, benefits include health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc. For employees working less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, and the Employee Service Corp.
