Cardiovascular Technologist at St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 10‑hour, Day shifts. Under the general direction of the Department Manager and/or Lead Technologist, and in collaboration with the Medical Director of the Cath Lab, cardiologists, radiologists, and other medical staff, the Cardiovascular/Interventional Imaging Technologist is responsible for performing advanced cardiovascular and interventional imaging procedures. The technologist serves as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and medical staff, participates in quality assurance and organizational improvement activities, and provides age‑appropriate care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Required Qualifications

Graduate of ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) School or equivalent education/experience. California Radiologic Technologist license upon hire. National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire. National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications

Additional training in angiocardiography or equivalent education/experience. Advanced registration from ARRT in Cardiovascular and Interventional Imaging upon hire. Minimum 2 years of experience as a scrub technician in an acute‑care hospital. Benefits

Base pay range: $49.31 - $63.10 per shift. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
