Education BCBA aka Educational Coordinator
We are seeking an Educational BCBA Coordinator to join our day program serving children and adolescents (ages 5-21) with emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges.
In this leadership role you will collaborate with teachers and educational administrators to design, implement, and monitor individualized education and behavior plans that promote growth and independence. You will serve as a clinician for a student caseload and oversee behavioral programming, conduct functional behavior assessments, preference assessments, and develop behavior support plans. You will also participate in IEP meetings and prepare behavior‑related reports and documentation, supervise teachers, and ensure IEP compliance under the Director of School Services.

$15,000 Sign On Bonus!
Salary: $77,000 – $100,000+ based on experience and certifications

Qualifications
Master’s degree in education or special education
BCBA (or board‑eligible) required
Severe special education certification preferred
At least 3 years’ experience in a special education setting and supervisory experience
