Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RN - Labor and Delivery to join our team in Conway, WA. The role focuses on providing compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum, monitoring vital signs, assessing progress, responding to emergencies, collaborating with the healthcare team, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and hospital policies.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, assess progress, and respond to emergencies.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and hospital policies.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong clinical skills in obstetric and neonatal care.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to respond calmly in high-pressure situations.
Attention to detail and compassionate bedside manner.
