Wellington Road Family Practice (WRFP) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurseto step into a Lead Practice Nurse at our forward-thinking GP practice based inYate, South Gloucestershire. This is afantastic opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with team leadership,while playing a key role in helping the practice achieve its financial andquality targets.
Thisis a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Working hours can be agreed and there will bean element of remote working involved. Salary is flexible depending onexperience.
Main duties of the job
What you'll do: Deliver high quality patient care Lead and inspire our nursing team, driving development and high standards of care Act as Infection Prevention & Control lead Manage and develop chronic disease, health promotion and frailty programmes Support practice income achievement (QOF, IIF, LES/DES, Public Health) Oversee rotas, appraisals, training and compliance About us

Experience of working in Primary Care A confident leader with proven experience of managing a team Organised, motivated and excited to help shape services and drive improvement Skilled in Chronic Disease Management Disclosure and Barring Service Check
