Job Responsibilities

Provide clinical management to the department through organizing, coordinating, and monitoring patient care to achieve high‑quality outcomes.

Assume clinic accountability for fiscal, human resource, and operational functions.

Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in the care of patients in the Burn Clinic.

Assist administration in meeting and achieving all goals, targets, and regulatory compliance for the Burn Clinic.

Perform outreach and education to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Registered Nurse/Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist with a license in the State of Colorado or an RN multistate license (preferred).

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field required; master’s preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required; previous burn experience preferred; previous leadership experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the outpatient clinic process, planning and service delivery, effective communication, personnel counseling, leadership, and innovative health‑care delivery.
