We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in NYC, NY. As an LCSW you will conduct psychological evaluations and provide ongoing services to children with special needs in homes, community, and clinic settings.

Base pay range $158.00/hr – $230.00/hr

We serve children and families in all five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley, Long Island, Albany, Virginia/DC area, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Delaware.

Job Responsibilities

Administer psychological evaluations in home and/or school-based settings

Gather necessary information to conduct social histories

Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories; submit them timely

Write Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) and/or Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals

Determine need for additional assessment per observation and child need

Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child

Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations; submit required records within established timelines

Requirements

Passion for working with children and families

NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Experience evaluating children birth - 5 years preferred but not required

Familiarity with evaluation tools such as ADOS 2 or CARS 2

Completion of EILN Intro and Advanced Assessment trainings required for EI Evaluations program

Self‑motivated team player with patience and professionalism

Fluency in a language other than English is a plus

Physical Requirements

Travel to and from assigned cases; may drive a personal vehicle, walk, or use public transportation (bus or train)

Ascend and descend staircases

Lift 10 pounds regularly

Sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods of time
