What To Expect As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the performance, reliability, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production uptime. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
What You'll Do
Manage, mentor and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians focused on equipment reliability and performance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic equipment issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Maintain and follow accurate documentation, including work orders, procedures and maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades and refurbishments
What You'll Bring
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience
3 plus years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong multi-craft skillset in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and automation
Experience troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens or Allen Bradley) and robotic systems
Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities and optimizing equipment reliability
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities and drive results
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
