We are expanding our team of full-time experienced Loan Officers who are ready to take their business to the next level! If you’re a motivated loan officer in the Glen Burnie, Maryland area who’s built a strong foundation but wants to increase your volume through direct bank referrals and portfolio products, this is your opportunity.

Position Overview We are hiring one or more experienced Loan Officers. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Originate and manage a pipeline of mortgage loan applications
Advise clients on loan options based on financial profiles and goals
Collect and analyze borrower documentation to ensure complete files
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and investor guidelines
Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners
Attend community and networking events to promote the brand
Communicate with borrowers and realtors throughout the loan process for transparency and trust
Minimum Required Qualifications
Candidates must have an active mortgage loan originator license (NMLS) in good standing
Minimum 2 years’ experience originating residential mortgage loans is required
Demonstrated knowledge of loan products, pricing, and guidelines
Ability to work independently and manage multiple files efficiently
Excellent communication, organizational, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Results-oriented mindset
Salary | Special Requirements This position is 100% commission based. Earnings depend on individual sales performance. No guaranteed base salary is provided. Productive top performers can earn $100,000+, depending on performance, volume, and effort.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation, which may include verification of employment, license documentation, criminal, and credit history, conducted in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Maryland Job Applicant Fairness Act.
