What You’ll Do As an accounts payable specialist at Executive Auto Group, you’ll be responsible for managing and processing incoming invoices and payments to vendors, ensuring that operational expenses are accurately recorded and paid on time.
Posting vendor purchase orders and factory invoices
GL invoice coding and sales tax accruals
Reconciling various GL accounts and schedules
Balancing statementsPreparing accounts for payments and verifying data in system
Receipting in AR payments
Maintaining vendor files
Scanning
Keys to Success (Applicants without the following prerequisites need not apply)
Previous automotive accounting experience required.
Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred.
CDK experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
