We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work on our hospital team in a 200+ bed Quaternary care facility with a specialty in Neurology and Cardiac medicine along with the regional Stroke Center. Swedish Cherry Hill campus is located in Seattle's historic Central District. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service and perform skilled specimen collections. You will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within a global organization with Labcorp. Pay Range: $21.87 - $32.28 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between Dynacare Northwest, Inc. and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 21. Work Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm. Alternating Wednesday/Thursday and alternating weekends off. OT when needed. Work Location: Regular, full‑time or part‑time employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k) up to 18 days of Annual Leave per year (includes 8 holidays) and Sick Leave (capped at 64 hours per year), Tuition Reimbursement and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Job Requirements This position requires you to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
