As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the talent acquisition efforts across various projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, excellent stakeholder management, and a strong sense of urgency, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
- Perform candidate searches using various resources such as databases, networking, and media
- Screen applicants to assess work history, skills, and qualifications
- Prepare and maintain accurate employment records and communicate employment opportunities to candidates
- Senior IT recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment expertise
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a high level of organization
- Experience with sourcing high-quality candidates and understanding technical requirements
