We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join the Kyiv Consulting team! We are looking for a recruiter to join our HR team, who will report directly to the HR Director and be responsible for filling both typical and challenging vacancies — including market analysts, account managers, multilingual accountants, technical support specialists, and more. Advantages of the Position: Opportunity to fill positions for the European parent company — BDO Germany A super-friendly team that will support and help you succeed Responsibilities: Recruiting for highly specialized positions requiring German and/or English language skills (number of vacancies depends on the project) High‑quality, fast‑paced recruitment for typical roles (1–2 per month) 20% of your responsibilities will include HR manager tasks: onboarding and offboarding, adapting new colleagues (you’ll be the HR‑buddy for newcomers), handling training requests across departments (L&D), participating in corporate culture and wellbeing projects, attending job fairs, and other HR events.
