Requirements Must have: I require candidates to have eMASS experience. Experience in managing documentation and processes for obtaining Authorities to Operate (ATOs) is essential. Candidates should have experience with implementing and assessing DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). A background in designing secure cloud-based architectures is necessary. Experience utilizing DISA Security Requirements Guides (SRG) and SCAP Tools is expected. I seek individuals familiar with ACAS and Nessus Vulnerability Scanners. Strong system security engineering experience is a must. Significant hands‑on experience with RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) is required. Candidates should have experience supporting MS Windows and Linux CentOS/RHEL. Experience in managing virtual machine environments is important. Familiarity with routing, switching, and firewall management is advantageous. A college degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience is necessary. A customer‑service mindset with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks is vital. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are expected. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities. DOD 8570 compliant certifications are required. A minimum of a US Government Secret clearance is needed (TS/SCI highly preferred). Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and adhere to a Drug‑Free Workplace policy. Responsibilities In this role, I will oversee the design, execution, validation, and maintenance of Department of Defense Cybersecurity Programs. – I am responsible for developing and managing plans to secure and uphold an Authority to Operate (ATO) following the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800 Series Frameworks.
