Under the supervision of a Licensed Certified Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Therapist, the Social Worker I / Mental Health Therapist I is responsible for assessing client and family needs, providing therapy, referring clients to appropriate community services, and meeting required volume of service standards. Position Requirements
Must possess an LMSW or LGPC in Maryland. Experience with children, adolescents, and transitional age youth in clinical or educational settings is required. Preferred knowledge of CBT and DBT skills obtained through internships or employment. Must utilize evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and IPT-A, and integrate Feedback Informed Treatment into regular practice. Caseload primarily consists of adolescents and young adults with significant mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar disorder. Salary and Benefits
