Dealership Finance and Insurance Manager
Greenway Mazda of Houston is looking for an experienced and motivated automotive dealership Finance Manager who can drive productivity through effective and values-centered leadership. This individual must have a savvy management skill set and a sales-driven professional profile with a proven profitability history.
Base pay range:
$100,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr

Qualifications
More than 2 years working in a dealership as a Finance/Insurance Manager.
At least 5 years of automotive retail experience.
Strong business acumen, sales aptitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to deliver world-class customer service.
Positive attitude, confident & outgoing personality, professional appearance.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage time to meet changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet skills.
Must be able to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties, manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
Work with customers to obtain financing through lenders in conformance with state and federal law.
Prepare all state and federal documents regarding vehicle purchases in a timely manner and in accordance with established laws and procedures.
Maintain good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department and that they are informed about finance and lease programs and dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
