Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families, and supervising assigned team members. The RN reports to the Nurse Manager and ultimately to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Essential Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a current New Hampshire license.

BLS & ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred).

Proficient in oral and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Current clinical experience preferred.

Weeks is a 25‑bed critical access hospital offering medical, surgical, and intensive care services. Orientation All new hires are required to attend a mandatory three‑day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. This orientation provides essential training, compliance information, and an introduction to our organizational culture to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your role. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion.

Travel Reimbursement Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
