Job Description

Equinox is looking for

Front Desk Manager on Duty

to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art location in San Diego. This is a perfect position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities include:

Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests

Ability to coach and lead a team

Assist AGM in hiring, training and supervising staff

Professionally greet members and guests

Scan membership ID’s

Answer phones

Update members’ accounts

Maintain an orderly lobby area

Availability to work opening shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service

Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

Interested in health, fitness, and/or sports
