Overview
Atlas Copco Compressors LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Nashua, New Hampshire. You will provide on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of compressor systems, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. You will diagnose service problems, conduct regular maintenance, provide technical advice and training, collaborate with team members and other departments, and document service visits with detailed reports. Responsibilities
Performing on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of compressor systems, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. Diagnosing service problems and promptly addressing customer concerns with a customer-first mindset. Conducting regular maintenance checks and servicing as per the scheduled timetable and customer agreements. Providing technical advice and training to customers on the proper usage and maintenance of compressor systems. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. Documenting service visits, including detailed reports of the work performed and maintaining equipment records. Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in compressor technology to enhance service delivery. Qualifications
A strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or related fields with relevant hands-on experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members. A commitment to delivering high-quality service and a passion for customer satisfaction. Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area. What We Offer
