POSITION:

Planner LOCATION: Jupiter, Florida STATUS: Salary-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY

Support the project execution team will all duties related to project planning, which includes but not limited to schedules, hardware tracking, budgeting, cost accounting, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following: Support Project Managers and the Senior Planner to analyze schedules, budget performance, and to establish baseline execution strategies Will advise the Project Managers of statuses and notify each of risks and opportunities and handle sub-project related tasks Assist in the development and implementation of schedules and budgets for commercial projects Maintain and/or create Work Instructions, Standards, Templates, and Procedures Manage schedules with internal organizations and partners Prepare periodic

management/customer

reports and presentations Other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education & Training

Associate’s degree or comparable years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relevant field preferred. Must complete EHS assigned regulatory training for work area as described by PSM’s EHS Training Matrix Skills/Experience 2+ years of related industry or planning experience Be able to demonstrate experience in planning projects and demonstrated ability for monitoring and reporting progress against a baseline. Basic financial knowledge (Budgets, Estimate to Complete, Margin Management, etc..) Successful candidate should demonstrate knowledge of work breakdown structures and resource planning Effective computer skills; MS software, Lotus Notes and other company and discipline specific software applications Experience with SAP, Power BI, and QuickSight a plus Demonstrated proficiency using MS Project or other standard scheduling packages Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the company Effective analytical and problem-solving skills Effective organization skills including the ability to prioritize and plan work Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task Ability to function in a multi-cultural/multi-national corporation Highly motivated, organized, self-starting individual with good work ethic and integrity Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
