We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to define and lead the strategy for shared capabilities — including how we discover customer data , apply rules to it, and make that data readily available across products and AI experiences . You’ll be the connective hub between product innovation, customer value, and business impact . This role is about shaping how our shared data foundations ensure responsible data use and show up naturally in customer experiences. Your Mission

Set the strategic vision.

Define how our shared data foundations create clear, consistent value across products and AI experiences. Drive alignment between value and investment.

Prioritizeshared capabilityinitiatives that unlock measurable outcomes — improving customer impact, scalability, and efficiency. Connect use cases to business strategy.

Translate product usage and customer needs into insights that inform company-wide decisions and long-term product direction. Champion customer and market understanding.

Recognize how expectations around data clarity and responsible use are changing — and steer our roadmap to meet them. Unify the product ecosystem.

Ensure consistency and connectivity across domains so that each product contributes to a cohesive and connected data experience. Lead through influence.

Partner with UX, Engineering, Architecture, GTM, and executive leadership to align on priorities, resource allocation, and shared capabilities evolution. Develop product leaders.

Mentor Senior and Principal PMs to think strategically, connect their domains to business outcomes, and lead with autonomy. Represent the shared capabilities narrative.

Communicate the vision, value, and roadmap across internal teams, executives, and clients — linking shared capabilities innovation to real-world impact. Guide strategic decision-making.

Use product data, customer insights, and market intelligence to inform trade-offs and investments at the portfolio level. You Are

A strategic thinker who turns data and product capabilities into business leverage. You think in systems, value chains, and long-term outcomes — translating shared capabilities potential into client and company value. You lead through clarity, influence, and insight, empowering teams to align around what matters most. Your Experience Includes

10+ years in product management, including experience leading PM teams or driving multi-domain product strategy. Proven success defining and executing on shared capabilities or data strategies that delivered measurable customer and business value. Deep understanding of how data flows across systems, how AI can act on that data, and how these capabilities show up in real SaaS or B2B customer workflows. Ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic advantage — shaping both go-to-market and internal alignment. Strong commercial and customer orientation — experienced in connecting product use to revenue, retention, and client impact. Exceptional communication and influence — able to align executives, engineers, and partners around shared priorities and long-term vision. Track record of mentoring PMs to think beyond delivery and own business outcomes. For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits. Salary Range

$227,100 - $340,650 USD Where we Work
