Job Description Part-time Area Supervisor of School Crossing Guards

Location: San Clemente, Dana Point, and San Juan Capistrano, CA

ACMS is looking for a dedicated individual to join our leadership team in San Clemente, Dana Point, and San Juan Capistrano. Leadership is the heart of our mission, “Keeping Kids Safe”. The Leadership Team oversees and manages local School Crossing Guard programs in this field-based position.

Qualifications & Requirements

Be self-motivated and dependable.

Be a personable, friendly and passionate leader.

Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.

Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.

Able to lift/transport various items or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Must be available to work with crossing guards at their field assignments both before and after school.

1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Basic computer skills are required.

Compensation is $22.00 an hour, 5 hours a day on school days only. Cell phone, tablet and mileage reimbursement provided. Position is eligible for yearly bonus. This is a seasonal and part-time position that follows the school calendar — no work during summer, school breaks, holidays, or teacher workdays.
