As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the talent acquisition efforts across various projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, excellent stakeholder management, and a strong sense of urgency, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Conduct full-cycle recruiting including interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
Perform candidate searches using various resources such as databases, networking, and media
Screen applicants to assess work history, skills, and qualifications
Prepare and maintain accurate employment records and communicate employment opportunities to candidates
What's Needed?
Senior IT recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment expertise
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation
Proactive problem-solving skills with a high level of organization
Experience with sourcing high-quality candidates and understanding technical requirements
