As a Single‑Family Residential Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our residential electrical services in the North Houston area. You will lead a team of electricians, coordinate projects, and ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your role involves providing technical guidance, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians.

Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects from start to finish.

Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations.

Serve as the main point of contact for residential clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Provide technical guidance and assistance to electricians, troubleshooting complex problems.

Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings to maintain compliance with OSHA.

Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies.

Identify training needs and facilitate training programs.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.>

Maintain accurate project documentation, invoices, and permits.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a single‑family residential electrician with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Valid Texas electrical license and certification.

Strong technical knowledge of residential electrical systems, codes, and standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
