Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology support, is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 5 to join their team. As a Project Manager Non Tech 5, you will be part of the Business Operations Support team supporting application, infrastructure, and delivery partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, expertise in process improvement, and a results-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title Project Manager Non Tech 5

Location Fully remote in any continental US time zone, with a preference for candidates near Microsoft hubs in Charlotte, NC; Las Colinas, TX; Fargo, ND; or Redmond, WA. Candidates must be able to support future FTE conversions if needed.

Pay Range $68/hr - $73/hr

What's the Job?

Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve goals and managing technical activities.

Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and clients.

Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, ensuring staff development and competence.

Analyze technology, resources, and market demand to assess project feasibility.

Review and approve contracts, product designs, and project changes.

What's Needed?

10+ years of experience in project or program management.

10+ years of PROSCI change management methodologies.

5+ years of building dashboards using Azure DevOps and PowerBI.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple large-scale programs.
