Magnet Designated with Distinction – one of only two hospitals in Massachusetts with this honor. First in Massachusetts to use Black Box technology. 16 operating rooms; 1,000 cases per month. Eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. On‑call requirements. Responsibilities

Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures. Participate in ongoing educational and competency activities. Precept staff to the surgical technician job duties, including surgical technicians, nurses, and students. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Surgical Technician Certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. 2 years of Surgical Technician experience preferred. Must present and submit Certification of Graduation, such as ARC/STSA‑Accredited Surgical Technology Program or NBSTSA Certification conferred by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting. Staff adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. Standards. Basic computer skills. Additional Job Details
