Deliver high-quality, student-centered learning experiences across classroom, lab, and clinical environments. Provide guidance to junior faculty on teaching strategies, classroom management, and academic integrity while supporting student development and remediation. Contribute to curriculum evaluation and development to ensure course alignment with program and regulatory standards. Ensure students demonstrate readiness through evidence-based instruction, simulation, and formative assessment. Model lifelong learning and active participation in professional organizations and continuing education. Work closely with program leadership to uphold consistency, quality, and innovation across all areas of instruction. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing preferred. Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse, including at least 3 years of teaching experience in nursing education. Current, unenced Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois. Proven track record of teaching excellence and student success. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Deep understanding of curriculum design and assessment.
