Join Bassett Healthcare Network as a Physician in the Hematology Oncology program at the Bassett Regional Cancer Program, a comprehensive community cancer center accredited by the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Overview The program is part of ECOG‑ACRIN, hosts a multidisciplinary team including radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists, and operates an active weekly tumor board. The support team includes nurse navigators, social workers, financial counselors, a nutritionist, and palliative care practitioners.
Compensation
Salary Range: $600,000 – $675,000 based on a 4‑day work week.
Sign‑on bonus up to $200,000.
Fellowship stipend up to $60,000 available for 18 months prior to graduation.
Incentive plan with no earnings cap; opportunities to increase compensation within first year.
Group‑employed model; visa sponsorship available for J‑1 and H‑1B candidates.
