Position Summary In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health, the position is responsible for scrub duties in the operating rooms under the direction of the Perioperative Manager. Incumbents shall comply with all applicable laws and rules, including Dignity Health Standards of Conduct and policies, seek guidance when in doubt, promptly report any potential or suspected violation, assist in investigations, and when called upon, assist in risk evaluation and collaborate with leaders to implement corrective plans outlined by the Compliance program.
Job Requirements Minimum
Must have either one (1) year of previous acute hospital experience with certification within the past three (3) years in an Operating Room or 3 years acute care hospital experience within the last 5 years.
Graduate of high school or equivalency.
Graduate of an accredited program of scrub technician program.
Certified Surgery Tech (CT OR).
Basic life support (AHA BLS).
In lieu of certification, hospital will accept 3 years acute care hospital experience within the last 5 years.
Preferred
Cardiovascular surgery experience within the past five (5) years preferred.

Pay Range $51.05 - $59.71 /hour
