Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Our client is a large well known private equity/real estate firm that invests primarily in real estate and related investments. We are seeking a highly motivated Associate/ Senior Analyst to join their growing Asset Management Team. This opportunity is ideal for a real estate professional with a passion for investing and end‑to‑end deal exposure.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for underwriting entire deals and possess superior modeling, written, and verbal communication skills suitable for board presentations.
Responsibilities
Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
Create detailed financial analyses utilizing Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments
Review company financial performance, attribution analysis, and create detailed models
Prepare investment committee research presentation materials
Coordinate transaction execution and deal closing with senior management/board of directors
Prepare investor communications, including financial forecasts, reporting, and estimates
Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis
Work with compliance, legal, and marketing teams
Oversee back‑testing of investment analytical framework and cash‑flow forecasts
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in management consulting, valuations, asset management, or research (private equity/real estate/banking)
Top academic pedigree
Corporate development/M&A/transaction advisory/asset management experience
Advanced technical skills; strong quantitative and qualitative analysis
ARGUS modeling experience required
Superior written and verbal communication skills
