Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer | San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid) We’re looking for a seasoned IAM Engineer to join a leading organization’s security team. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise identity governance, with a passion for secure, automated, and compliant access management across hybrid and cloud environments.

What You’ll Do:

Design and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and Google Workspace identity infrastructure

Implement and manage IGA and PAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk) aligned with Zero Trust principles

Automate lifecycle workflows using Okta Workflows and integrate with HR, ITSM, and SIEM systems

Configure and monitor SSO, MFA, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting for SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA

What You Bring:

8–10 years of IAM experience with Okta administration, Microsoft Entra ID, and Google Workspace

Hands‑on skills in identity governance, privileged access, and workflow automation

Deep understanding of security frameworks, compliance, and Zero Trust architecture

Relevant certifications (Okta, Azure, CyberArk, or Google Cloud Security) preferred
