$75,000 – $110,000 / year (plus monthly profit share)

Responsibilities
Business Strategist:
Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans; drive top-line sales; control costs; manage labor through accurate forecasting and weekly scheduling; maintain a safe, well‑manicured restaurant.
People Champion:
Hire, train, and retain talent; provide the knowledge, tools, and resources needed; execute orientation and onboarding; cultivate an energetic culture; coach and provide consistent feedback.
Experience Curator:
Partner with kitchen lead to execute the highest standard of menu and beverage items; ensure quality ingredients and flawless recipe execution; collaborate with FB Society leaders to design creative experiences; craft unique dining experiences through friendly and efficient service.
Leadership Guru:
Develop teams to own their Areas of Responsibility (AOR); oversee AOR distribution and execution; lead manager meetings covering sales, financial results, and improvement opportunities; hold regular one‑on‑ones to review progress; grow internal talent with a “next‑one” mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
3–5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service environment.
Passion for hospitality.
Results‑driven, trustworthy, team‑oriented.
Food Manager Certification (required).
Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field preferred.
