Corporate Attorney | Up to $250k Base | Manhattan, NY
Base pay range: $180,000 – $250,000 per year. Additional bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Big‑law matters without big‑law politics : Handle high‑level matters with an average firm billing rate over $800 per hour.
The Role
Transactional support : Represent corporate clients across mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, securities offerings, and governance initiatives.
Legal research & due diligence : Identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support deal execution.
Drafting & documentation : Prepare, review, and revise merger, stock purchase, and asset purchase agreements, corporate resolutions, and related filings.
