The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who’s passionate about delivering high‑quality projects and leading teams through every phase of construction.
This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to manage complex, high‑value projects while being surrounded by a talented team that values communication, innovation, and results.
You’ll play a hands‑on role in managing ground‑up, renovation, and tenant‑improvement projects across Kansas City and Overland Park, all local, no travel required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project management from preconstruction through closeout
Develop budgets, schedules, and scopes while managing contracts and buyout
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain safety, quality, and timelines
Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers to solve challenges proactively
Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress, quality, and client satisfaction
Mentor project engineers and foster a positive team culture
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of commercial construction experience, including ground‑up projects
Proven ability to manage multiple mid‑to‑large projects independently
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project / Office Suite
Passion for building, problem‑solving, and growing with a collaborative team
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
Local‑only projects – home every night
Comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401(k), and healthcare
