Required:
Master's degree in Systems Engineering or Bachelor's Degree and 18+ years of experience in related technical or scientific fields such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems.
18 years of technical experience is required. If the 18 years is as a Systems Engineer, it may be considered in lieu of a degree.
18+ years of working experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or system engineering of large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments.
Demonstrated experience in systems engineering lifecycle.
TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.
Desired:
Doctorate in Systems Engineering or in related technical or scientific fields such as engineering. physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.

We are seeking an Expert-Level Systems Engineerwith a strong background in Enterprise Architectureto provide technical leadership and support for multi-disciplinary engineering teams. This role involves driving a comprehensive approach to requirements and solutions engineering, systems integration, testing, evaluation, and sustainment across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG), and other Federal Agencies. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of GEOINT capabilities in alignment with mission and enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the documentation of architecture development for an DoD AI/ML program and ensuring alignment into the Enterprise Architecture baseline.
Highly skilled DoDAF and/or UAF architect.
Support the Government in the execution of requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability, and systems analysis across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies.
Assist in the planning and traceability of user and system requirements, architectural design, and process improvement to automate or enhance existing systems and workflows.
Advise the Government on proposed design changes and technology integrations based on evolving mission requirements.
Capture and translate mission and customer needs into system and capability requirements and feasible technical solutions.
Support requirements allocation to system architecture components and program execution activities.
Assist in performing systems integration activities to ensure interoperability across platforms and domains.
Contribute to strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design.
Provide expert-level guidance on aligning vision, strategy, requirements, and capability development to mission outcomes.
Lead integration and coordination efforts across NGA programs, the DIE, and the Intelligence Community (IC).
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of the current DIE, NSG/ASG, and NRO enterprise architectures and initiatives.
Oversee and coordinate the efforts of Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Systems Engineers to ensure consistent quality and mission alignment.
