Design, develop, and deploy internal software systems that drive business operations. Push the boundaries of AI, including LLMs, voice, and agentic technologies. Redefine what exceptional UX looks like in enterprise applications. Collaborate closely with founders and other engineers to define technical strategy and architecture. Deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Ideal Candidate Profile
1+ years of full‑stack or back‑end engineering experience. Strong technical foundation with ability to solve complex engineering problems. Bias for speed, adaptability, and rolling up your sleeves. Excited to work in a fast‑moving, high‑impact startup environment. Background from top‑tier startups or top CS programs is highly desirable. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000–$225,000 (DoE) + equity upside Relocation reimbursement (if applicable) Visa sponsorship available In‑person collaboration in the Bay Area (Palo Alto / San Francisco) Opportunity to shape the company’s engineering culture and product direction from day one
