Overview We are seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to support our Learning Management System (Docebo) operations and ongoing enhancement initiatives. This role focuses on configuring and deploying new eLearning and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs, ensuring a seamless learner experience, and maintaining system integrity. You will partner closely with Learning & Development, Employee Services, IT, and People Tech teams to improve performance, manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, and execute projects on schedule. This is a 6‑month remote opportunity covering a maternity leave, with the potential for extension depending on business needs.

What you will be doing LMS Administration & Support

Manage day-to-day operations of the Docebo LMS internal domain.

Configure, test, and launch new eLearning, ILT, and blended learning offerings.

Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for escalations.

Conduct weekly audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards.

Maintain adherence to established naming conventions and content governance processes.

Technical Enhancements & Configuration

Participate in testing and validation of new features, upgrades, and releases.

Recommend and execute process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Implement approved system enhancements and support integrations with other learning or enterprise platforms.

Serve as a connector between teams to guide and facilitate technical or workflow changes.

Project Management & Reporting

Support LMS roadmap initiatives focused on system functionality and learner experience improvements.

Develop and maintain documentation for LMS configurations, workflows, and governance.

Generate and analyze usage reports to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.

Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

What you must have

3+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator within a corporate environment (Docebo strongly preferred).

Prior experience supporting organizations with 1,000+ employees and ideally a publicly traded company.

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).

Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and AICC compliance standards.

Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a consultative approach.

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

Experience collaborating across L&D, IT, and vendor teams.

Familiarity with API-based integrations and LMS configuration management.

A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a “can-do” mindset.
