Footprint Staffing is seeking a passionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide high-quality speech and language services to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based therapy, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support clients in achieving meaningful communication outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical best practices Provide direct therapy services in clinic, school, or home settings Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards Participate in IEP meetings, case reviews, and team consultations (if school-based) Educate clients and families on communication strategies and home programs
Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or CFY in progress CA state license to practice as an SLP CPR certification Experience in a school setting preferred
Preferred Skills Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication Familiarity with AAC devices, feeding therapy, or bilingual services (as applicable) Experience with EMR systems and documentation protocols Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently Team-oriented with a growth mindset

Pay $65 to $80 per hour
